Mid-year metrics 2024 | Conflict Index Infographics

ACLED’s 2024 edition of the Mid-year metrics series provides a snapshot of some of the countries experiencing the highest levels of political violence and unrest recorded in the ACLED dataset from January to June 2024. These figures use data to illustrate the evolution of conflict in each country, as interpreted by ACLED’s suite of tools, including the Conflict Exposure Calculator, Conflict Alert System (CAST), and Conflict Index.
